John & Tammie Elliott —
roasted from the heart
Every bag of Farmhouse Fireside Coffee starts in the same place: a farmhouse in Seahurst, Washington, where John Elliott has spent years perfecting small-batch roasts that taste like home.
John has always been the kind of person who approaches coffee the way a craftsman approaches wood — with patience, intuition, and an obsessive eye for the details that separate good from exceptional. What started as an early-morning ritual became a calling. Months of tasting, blending, and iterating went into each signature recipe. Not because he had to — but because anything less felt like a disservice to the people drinking it.
Tammie is the other half of everything here. Where John is at the roaster, Tammie is the steady presence that shapes the brand — the warmth you feel in every product description, the care behind the packaging, and the heart driving the Cornelius Fund mission. Her influence is in everything, even when it doesn't have her name on it.
"We wanted to build something that felt like an invitation — to slow down, gather close, and share something made with actual care. Coffee is the excuse. Community is the point."
— John & Tammie Elliott, Farmhouse Fireside CoffeeTogether, they built Farmhouse Fireside Coffee to be exactly what they couldn't find: a small-batch roaster with a genuine story, a real mission, and coffee that tastes like it was made for you — not for a shelf.
