Everything you need to know before you check out — domestic rates, international availability, gift shipping and gift messages, returns, and order changes.
Free U.S. shipping on every order. Every bag gives back.
Read the FAQYes — we roast and ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order. We subsidize it ourselves so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprises.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of roasting. Once handed off to USPS, standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on destination. The Pacific Northwest is usually 1–3 business days; the East Coast and Hawaii typically 4–6 business days.
Not at this time. Because we roast to order, the long pole is production (not transit) — paying for two-day air won't make us roast any faster. Email us before ordering if you have a hard deadline and we'll see what we can do.
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. We're exploring Canada as the next market — join our email list and you'll be the first to know when it opens.
Yes — gift orders to a U.S. address from international buyers work today. The gift message and shipping address we collect are both U.S.-based.
Yes — that's exactly what the gift checkout is built for. Enter the recipient's name, address, and (optionally) your own email for the receipt, and we'll ship straight to them with no pricing or invoice inside the box.
No. Gift shipments are packed without an invoice or pricing slip. The receipt is emailed to you (the buyer), not the recipient.
Today each checkout creates one shipment to one recipient. To send gifts to multiple people, place separate orders — your cart is saved between visits.
Every order ships in our branded packaging with a kraft sleeve and a small fireside card. We don't offer separate gift wrap today — the box already feels gift-ready.
Yes — there's a gift message field at checkout (up to 300 characters). We print it on a card and tuck it into the box before shipment.
The checkout page shows a live preview of your message as you type, so you'll see exactly how the card will read before you place the order.
Email us at hello@farmhousefiresidecoffee.com as soon as possible — most orders can accept a message update up until roasting starts (usually within 12 hours of placing the order).
If something is wrong with your order — a damaged bag, a wrong item, or coffee that arrived not-fresh — email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. We roast in small batches and want every bag to land right.
Yes — the buyer doesn't need to be the one to reach out. If a gift arrives damaged or you simply don't drink coffee, email us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
We stand behind every blend, but taste is personal. Email us and we'll either recommend a different blend or issue a refund for unopened bags within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process the request.
Yes — email us as soon as possible before your order roasts. Once an order is in production, the address is locked in and changes are no longer guaranteed.
Yes — email us within a few hours of placing the order and we'll cancel before roasting starts. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Not in place — production starts quickly so we can't reliably merge items. Place a second order and email us; we'll combine shipping and refund the duplicate shipping cost.
Your shipping confirmation email contains a USPS tracking link. Tracking typically appears within 24 hours of the shipping notification. If you're a gift recipient and didn't receive a tracking email, ask the buyer to forward it — they have the full receipt.
